3) Someone is asking for hard proof on page 2 of this thread and I must say that I find it unnecessary, discord SS are more than enough when everyone involved is in this thread already agreeing to the claims I made.

4) I understand KJ position on all this, but number one I never asked him to move the funds from the cold wallet he set up to an exchange and he didn't even notify me or @hooper that he was doing that in December 3 months into the transaction when he was the first one that said that IF he ever needed to move the funds he would let us know FIRST; just like he did the first time when he changed cold wallets.

Last but not least, I opened this thread cause I needed it not to have drama going on, also I tried to come to an agreement with KJ but the terms weren't fulfilled on his side so I'm just waiting on him to find whatever solution he can find, and I'm not going to answer to anyone via dms, all the information is stated on this thread

I was never asked or even notified either when Kill Joy decided to move those funds, I've known KJ for a while and never had any problems with him until now, and I just want my funds to be released back to me, the liability of him moving the funds goes completely to him.

The only thing I want from this is to put that on the record that I don't have the funds that all funds are being held by KJ, and all liability of said funds should go to him if he doesn't release those to me; I want a solution to this issue, but I don't have any I'm just being told that I have to wait to him to find a solution we are talking of a substantial amount of money and the only person suffering consequences for someone else's action is ME.

And according to us fourth amendment The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.  The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law, which means you have to get NOTIFIED if your assets are being SEIZED.

This means in order for an account to be locked and funds to seized in the way KJ described, there needs to be a criminal investigation by the U.S Government (otherwise, his and everyone involved in this issue 14th amendment rights are being violated) and he had to get notified of said procedures which he already confirmed that's not the case AT LEAST not to his KNOWLEDGE, and I would have the right by just providing proofs of where the funds came from to show the government that the funds which I'm even paying taxes for are mine.

But as I stated and Hooper stated, no evidence of Gemini legal procedures or KJ legal procedures had been provided to me or any of the other affected parties involved in this.

The online "evidence" I have is a screenshot and hearsay from KJ; he just said again that he would talk with his lawyer and that this week I would be hearing from him again after he asks all these questions to his legal counsel, Just stating FACTS because KJ feels he is not being treated fairly after the last message I sent here.
