So from what I gather from this post, Kill Joy owes a total of $95,630~ USD or 1.83 BTC with respective amounts of:
--> 0.81224141 BTC ($42,293.17 USD) to BloodCyka
and
--> 1.02 BTC ($53,175.15 USD) to Hooper (quote below)

I truly hope to see this resolved, that is quite a solid chunk of coin to not have when needed/requested.

While I do have thoughts and opinions on this, I'll choose to leave them to myself for now until we know more information regarding what's being done to actually resolve this and what the exact issues are that has impeded this from being completed, as I've read that the process to resolve this has supposedly started and that there's more to it than what's on the surface. I will say though I did hear about this around 2+ weeks ago from numerous members who were/are concerned about it, I'm sure for the same reasons everyone else is.

KJ is the one holding @Bloodcyka funds. He is also holding a 1.02 Bitcoin from a transaction from me.

This will most likely take a few weeks to resolve, and I'm assuming all parties involved are aware of this and are fine with it for now.

You know that exchanges uses https://www.chainalysis.com/ to check their BTC tx's? If your account got closed cuz of dirty BTC then there is little to no chance they will unfreeze your account, it makes you a liability.

Are you still resolving this with the two individuals?

I mean, if someone is holding my money, and something happens to their account, not sure why that is my issue or should be my issue in any sense.

I don't know why everyone is like going against each other in this thread, so since everyone has an opinion and most people didn't bother on reading the thread I will lay out some facts

1) The contract was set up for a WIRE, but as everyone knows contracts can change if all parts agree upon said change you just add a clause and that's it, and that's what we did when everyone involved agreed upon the transaction being move from FIAT to BTC.

2) As stated in 1 since there's a whole discussion over it the amount owed is in BITCOIN

3) Someone is asking for hard proof on page 2 of this thread and I must say that I find it unnecessary, discord SS are more than enough when everyone involved is in this thread already agreeing to the claims I made.

4) I understand KJ position on all this, but number one I never asked him to move the funds from the cold wallet he set up to an exchange and he didn't even notify me or @hooper that he was doing that in December 3 months into the transaction when he was the first one that said that IF he ever needed to move the funds he would let us know FIRST; just like he did the first time when he changed cold wallets.

Last but not least, I opened this thread cause I needed it not to have drama going on, also I tried to come to an agreement with KJ but the terms weren't fulfilled on his side so I'm just waiting on him to find whatever solution he can find, and I'm not going to answer to anyone via dms, all the information is stated on this thread
