Pretty sure you can go to the site and they will tell you the address the BH funds came from and ask where it's from etc bla bla bla. SIM-3343347 went through something similar the past few months. Something is sus and dosen't match.

I don't expect you to know this, but KJ and OP are in fact talking in private. They've been in near constant communication via Discord DM since this thread went up. They are discussing solutions and next steps. Both OP and KJ agreed that this thread should exist to signify that the transaction has failed and thus the contract legally should be disputed, but neither of them have a lot of intention of working it out here on site/this thread, there's literally no point to when it's just going to over complicate things by people interjecting.

He paid 0.24~ we tried to settle he didn't fulfill his part of the deal on said settlement which implied he had to pay an amount we both agree on that day. He asked for seven more days because he was buying the Bitcoin via Coinbase. 11 days passed, and I confronted him. When confronted, he said he didn't have the funds to settle.

KJ informed me yesterday, after we spent a month without a single message exchange between us, that he got legal counseling to help with his Gemini situation.

KJ AND I are on NO payment plans. There's no solution to this issue as of today. He has only paid .24~ BTC so far using Coinbase, from what he told me. I need the funds to be refunded back to me. That's it, that's all I'm asking.

As Hooper states, the only evidence I got so far from KJ was that Screenshot, but I don't care about him moving the funds to Gemini or whatever; I just want the funds he was holding released to me. I was never asked or even notified either when Kill Joy decided to move those funds, I've known KJ for a while and never had any problems with him until now, and I just want my funds to be released back to me, the liability of him moving the funds goes completely to him.

The only thing I want from this is to put that on the record that I don't have the funds that all funds are being held by KJ, and all liability of said funds should go to him if he doesn't release those to me; I want a solution to this issue, but I don't have any I'm just being told that I have to wait to him to find a solution we are talking of a substantial amount of money and the only person suffering consequences for someone else's action is ME.
