Well, you are missing something important here.
Vouch copies actually help to avoid from getting scammed as well...
If I didn't need to provide a vouch copy for my service review, I could just make thread and sell something I do NOT even have.
You pay and get scammed, gg.

What I hate the most are the
"MUST BUY!! John doe is trustable ALWAYS SELLS QUALITY PRODUCTS!!11 VOUCH!!" comments

The annoying "Friend vouch"... like that would make someone buy a product.

Or just don't be an idiot and trust everything in the marketplace.

There used to be a group dedicated called 'The Reviewers'. Honestly, if people didn't get vouch copies, the seller would probably just offer them to 'high quality' members to vouch anyway, or buy a vouch. I'm sure 90% of the marketplace is just 'Vouch for this user, glws' which is very different to 'Vouch for this product'.

Anyway, it's probably not going to change simply because it wouldn't make a real impact imho.

I haven't seen someone give a vouch copy and have that person write a bad review

I have. Gotten negged but his ebook was shit

The thing is, there are members who leave honest reviews. It doesn't happen too often but when it does, usually sellers come crying to us to remove that review as they think it's sales trashing which makes it pretty hilarious. 🤣

I don't see a problem with vouchers. If you look at products outside HF, on many sites you have vouchers. Many, if not all are fake so caution when buying (not just online, everywhere) applies.
