Anyone can rent Stanley's signature space, okay cool but, Stanley is regarded as an official member of the HF team. Anyone could buy the signature and use it as "Official HackForums donation page" and trick unaware people into donating to a scam or even a phising page by promising "Free upgrades Summer 2021" or some bullshit like that. If it's going too far by removing the option to buy the signature consider having it needed to be vetted by staff before it can be used to make sure it isn't malicous/deceptive to HF users, If no staff want to do that I'd be happy to volunteer to screen signature purchases for Stanley.
