BH-ESCROW SCAMS
A group of scammers have been found to be running an escrow site designed to target new members of the forum. If any user encourages you to use BH-Escrow.com you should report them to Omniscient to be dealt with. You can view additional information about this by viewing this thread.

GROUP THREAD PREFIX REMOVAL TOOL
Group owners were requesting that when a member is removed from their group that their thread lose the Group Prefix. After encountering some complications meeting that request, the decision to add a tool into the GroupCP for the owners to enter a TID (Thread ID) which will reset/empty the threads prefix was implemented to the site. The thread announcing this new feature can be found here.

HACK FRIDAY CUSTOM AWARD SALE
For Hack Friday 2023, users have been given the opportunity to purchase their very own custom award to have on the site and the ability to grant them to other members depending on which package was purchased. You can read the thread announcing this by following this link.

Making a whole new website just to scam some members from HF? That sounds pathetic.

Kudos for warning us in the news. Thank you.

[Eran]

[Almonds]

There are official usergroups and there are custom usergroups.

Custom usergroups are member owner/purchased groups that allow a custom userbar and private subforum to those in it.

An official usergroup is an Admin created usergroup. Such as Staff, Ub3r, Leet and v3ndor.
