Just let them expire or cancel them if you really feel inclined to do so lol

As im aware it always shows as they marked it as compelte?
I think it's just users trying to boost their B rating.

If they marked as completed but haven't then simply contact them. Give them some time. If they ignore or find excuses, you are allowed to open dispute.
Or...
you just decline those contracts or let them expire. That's it.

All contracts started with a vendor template are auto marked complete on the buyers side.

Vendors can either let them expire or cancel them if the buyer doesn’t end up purchasing

Didn't saw he was vendor. My bad. Still, this applies for non-vendor members.

You should double check that they didn't purchase. I usually open the contract and purchase and sometimes it doesn't autocomplete as I have connection issues with my vpn and I even message the seller to complete the contract as I am satisfied but they ignore me. But ya, for those who don't purchase just let them expire.
You should cancel them and not provide them B-Ratings for deals they didn't do.
