If they ignore or find excuses, you are allowed to open dispute. Or... you just decline those contracts or let them expire. That's it. HF Member Since 2010

All contracts started with a vendor template are auto marked complete on the buyers side. Vendors can either let them expire or cancel them if the buyer doesn’t end up purchasing (Jun 14, 2019 06:22 AM)Lavish Living Wrote: All contracts started with a vendor template are auto marked complete on the buyers side. Didn't saw he was vendor. My bad. Still, this applies for non-vendor members. HF Member Since 2010
You should double check that they didn't purchase. I usually open the contract and purchase and sometimes it doesn't autocomplete as I have connection issues with my vpn and I even message the seller to complete the contract as I am satisfied but they ignore me. But ya, for those who don't purchase just let them expire.
You should cancel them and not provide them B-Ratings for deals they didn't do.
