How does one change his local ip to static?

How does one change his local ip to static?
I have been looking at several video's about this and i don't get 1 of them, pretty frustrating.
I just want to port forward something and make sure i don't have to come back and change the local ip, that's pretty annoying.
You can change this in your router settings.
Try accesing them with 192.168.2.1
I don't really get what you're trying to do, but in case you're port forwarding because you wanna RAT:
Check out a DNS redirect service like no-IP.
Ultimately your ip is determined by your ISP, if you want a static ip then you need our ISP to do it.

However, if you want a static address then you can use a service like no-ip which will give you a static hostname to connect to.

I try'd to change it in my router settings, although there is no trace of it. :s

(I'm using a isp that is not well-known at all, i live in a pretty darn small country.)

I don't think you get what i'm trying to say, i mean LOCAL IP, not ip. hehe (AKA IP4 adress in cmd, type ipconfig then look at IP4 adress)
Do you want a new IP address to "KEEP"
or do you want to keep changing IP addresses on your computers IPV4 ?

Try RUN>CMD>ipconfig /all
Then...ipconfig /release
Then...ipconfig /renew

at this point i'm not particularly 100% what it is you want to achieve hence the reason i posted the above

hope It Helps

EDIT: also Flush your DNS just for sake
Try RUN>CMD>ipconfig /all
Then...ipconfig /release
Then...ipconfig /renew
Depends on your ISP. My ISP does not allow me to have a static IP.

Some ISP's dont allow this either as mentioned above.
But you could go into your admin console and go into Basic Settings
There you can change from Dynamic IP to Static IP and enter your credentials into the boxes provide

Network Configuration:

WAN Default Gateway 8x.xx.x6.x
WAN Primary DNS 194.xxx.X.100
WAN Secondary DNS 194.xxx.X.100
WAN Third DNS 0.0.0.0

Cable Network Settings:

WAN Connection Type "Static IP"
Static IP Address
. . .
