No, its quite alive. Main developer got fed up from coding it. But since its open source its still viable :)

Actually, main developer quit development. His project is still working perfectly fine and "software is vulnerable" is false info.
truecrypt.ch is about to fork it and continue development :D Don't worry, project is far away from dead ;)
