What's the best advice you've ever received?

If you are facing a struggle that is out of your control, sit back relax and understand that it is what it is and realise there is nothing you can do to change it.

What you can do, is persevere and colour outside of the lines, be persistent and don’t give up. All it takes is one drop of water, one ray of sunshine and one small seed to make something beautiful grow.

Everything in life is temporary, including pain and suffering, so don’t go finding any permanent solutions.
my uncle taught me when i was very young that somebody is always listening. now obviously that's not always the case, but the idea was to act as though they were. that someone could hear whatever youre saying to someone else and to be careful what i say. whether someone actually can overhear, or whether the person i'm talking to is going to go run their mouth.

One of the best things ever told to me, was long ago as a teen, and that was to not hold onto the past so much and that it'll only drag me down in the end. And well, that person was very very correct.

If you get stuck living in the past, there's no time or room for progression. It's also much harder to grow mentally as well, since you're oh so often thinking about that one mistake, or that one event you didn't attend, or that one person you hurt.

No matter what it is, don't let yourself get stuck. We're meant to be free and go get this life, don't let life get you.

Do not completely sever ties with anyone... The person you may not like today might be someone you need to deal with in the future.

It may be obvious but I think the best advice I have ever been given is to always be yourself and never stop chasing your dreams, working hard day by day.

Ha! People are really going against that all over the place. Blocking was supposed to be for real aggressive pests, but not a lot of people use it over the slightest thing and pretending your family members are dead is a trendy fad.
