Couldn't you be more specific of what version of Windows? You should download re-install it [since its clean] and use a keygen/activator or key to activate it.
There is not way u can find that file to fix the error. If it is Windows 7, then go here for activator http://www.multiupload.com/UCOYCHWEMM hope that helps.
