Wtf he is using a driver in c++ not in c# .drivers are not possible in .net lang.
I mean the windows theme -_-
Just wondering, can this be used as a sandbox?
Like can you prevent program from reading/writing anything on the HD?

Also, Dragonhunter is the most intelligent on HF. Fact.
This looks brilliant dude, I will definitly be using this! My only suggestions would be;

Encrypting hardrives like Ultimate said,
Notification for the old 'drive is nearly full'
Option to confirm or deny newly created files,
Duplicate file checking,
Suicide option. (Password for secure destruction of all files)

I had more but I can't remember now :(
Anyways great work yet again DH, I can honestly say your one of the few reasons keeping me on this forum.

I've never used truecrypt as I don't have a laptop long enough normally, lol.

I use my own app that has a fake hint saying what the suposid pass is & if it gets the wrong password entered 2wice then it just keeps writing random bytes to the all the files in my special folder, even on restart.

Also, if this had a feature similiar to how Ipad syncs pictures/files using rootsocket I think it would be good.
& last one, a plugin of sorts to help manage/sync files to PS3 using ps3 media server or something?

Just rambling shit now... bla bla bla, lol.

I'm also curious about this. This must have been a lot of fun making.

  • Is this completely in C# or have you created some native DLLs as well?

  • Does it require administrator permission?

Thanks (:

I also would like to know about this.
BTW, very good job bro.

That's good, but may we know in which language you have coded it?
is it completely C#, or you have done only GUI coding in C#?
Holy crap, this looks fucking amazing. o.o

I would pay for this feature alone. Is it secure? great work, again,
(Jul 2, 2012 08:16 AM)DragonHunter Wrote:  ofcourse it will be secure the traffic will be encrypted etc, was thinking of also so u'll be able to add users etc setting ther permissions and such like that

Awww, beautiful. I love the users idea, I'm actually excited about this, lol
I dont believe you can make a driver without using C++, C are Assembly. So I guess that the C# is acting like the front end, so to speak
ohw man just finished the whole thread, very nice.
if you release this i would use it for sure altough a suicide password would be a real sweet bonus :D

I highly agree with Immortal. This could open the doors to so many great programs.
