Make the Request for Hacking Section L33t/Ub3r or Close it.

This idea has been proposed in the past and it was rejected.
There are a lot of old regular members here who don't have a PayPal account. Plus a lot of there freedom have been token away already, I remember a year ago when regulars could of had avatars, signatures with images, post in any section except VIP, and other things Omni took away.

It's as though you're giving them no choice but to get l33t some way.
Correct me if I'm wrong but: Hasn't Omni said he won't make anymore restrictions based on a persons account?
I understand where you are coming from, but the easiest way not to get pissed off by the relentless begging in that thread is simply to avoid it.

And, I am sure there must be some people who do start their Hf careers there and eventually educate themselves and become contributors to the forum.

This isn't about post count, registration, or reputation though. It's about l33t/ub3r status.
How would making L33t help? They could simply buy l33t same day as they joined? Lol..

Rather require 500-300 post to post a reply or thread in that section. as we can't <-- omni's rules lol
Holy fuck. Look at this...

Oh my god that thread is killing me. I say this section needs to be upgrade only because of that. To all the people that say they would just leave, they are probably going to leave after they get flamed for joining that day and not getting the help they want anyway.
I would love to see this.

That section is full of garbage.
That was how the introduction forum was before LOL. I remember when people came like "Hi my name is XXX can you hack my GF's facebook?"
I absolutely disagree with this.
I have never posted a thread in this section , but I do occasionally see non-upgraded members post a site that does have a genuine reason to be taken down.. Like someone psoted an extremely racist site there once , if only L33T's and Ub3rs could post there then no-one would have ever attempted to hack it , and it wouldn't be down now..

Also , it is true that most users join the site for that section.. If they couldn't post there they would just immediately leave which would slowly shrink HF's community. Being able to post there and ask for help , encourages them to meanwhile look around the site and get involved.
I think that we should just leave the section and not care about it, nothing is gonna get accomplished in that section, just let them spam and what-not, it is better to have all the garbage centered in one spot that all over the forum.

But a few other sections are restricted.
That's not very fair, because some regs are good hackers and such, but can't get l33t/ub3r.
I agree with this it is nothing but a whole bunch of kids wanting you to do something for them. A lot of members first posts end up there. They see the name "HackForums" and think that if they join the forum they can automatically hack. Making it L33T/UB3R would increase the quality of that section a lot more.
