Reason: He requested a loan to help pay for The Angels from Hexicidal. I was under the impression my loan to him would cover the remainder of the balance for the group ($3,750), however, he used my $550 (Owes $620 since he offered interest) and his partner's $450 to pay the $1,000 down payment on Logic. He still owes Hex $2,750 by March 1st for the group.

His PayPal has been limited and he only has ~$230 in it last night.
PokeBoot: Many will say why would he not pay up from the profits from his booter, well I'm his PayPal Holder for it and there is no way he can afford these things through his booter. In the last week of sales he has only made $88.56, minus the 10% fee I charge for holding his payments and the 10+ disputes he has had this week alone.
His Group Is Not Paid For: He still hasn't paid for the group. Here is Hex's message on skype:

Conclusion: I will keep this thread up until I've been repaid in full. He said that would be around Monday, now he says Tuesday, I don't know what to believe. He's had a good heart in the past, but he's covered up so much to his own partners about how much of the group was paid off and tried to sweep it all under the rug so this will hopefully force him to pay off his debts. I think he took on more than he could handle, I told him I don't like lending money because not many people end up paying back on time, he knew the deadline and I've warned him multiple times this week. I will close this once fully repaid.
More: Another thing, Juicy Booty paid $1,200 LR for co-leader in The Angels, where did that money go? Only $1,000 of The Angels is paid off, $550 of it was from me. The rest from Sandshrew's partner.

TL;DR:
So this is how it's gone so far:
Saturday, Feb 2nd
Sandshrew owed Pheno $1,100 LR.
Sandshrew gets JB to pay $1.2k LR to pay off Sandshrew's Debt to Pheno and tells JB can be co-owner/leader or w/e in The Angels, which he's said was paid off.
Sandshrew asks me for a loan of $550 after giving him $450 from his PokeBoot Profits that month that I was holding as his PP holder for it.
Sandshrew sends that $450 + $550 = $1,000 to Hex as down payment on The Angels.
Sandshrew owes me $620 due to the interest agreed on, defaults on payment, claims to have a plan to pay me back by Monday or Tuesday even though he has only $230 in his LIMITED, Fake Info PayPal.
Sandshrew still owes Hex $2,750 for The Angels by March First.
Sandshrew covered up most of this and didn't tell any of us about the other parts we didn't directly take part in.
Sandshrew is proven to have a multiple account know as xFrawshi.
Sandshrew owes $120 to contest winners he didn't pay out yet.
Sandshrew lied to his partner about sales for PokeBoot.
Says he's too busy to call me, will comment tonight or tomorrow when he feels like it.
Says he'll announce his plan tomorrow. Refuses to comment on many of the questions at the moment.
Lied to all members involved.
The multi account has the same videos, AIM's, Skype, Emails, etc as his real account.
Juicy Booty requested a full repayment from Sandshrew, totaling: $1,250
In total he owes over $5,365 USD.
Sandshrew claims the multi account is his "cousin", admits to proxy selling for a non-upgraded account, which is against the rules.
Sandshrew agrees to pay Juicy Booty $1,250 if he isn't satisfied with Sandshrew's explanation. He said he will pay me back 'possibly' by tomorrow.
He asked members of his group to code him a program to sell to make money.
He did not describe his plan to pay any of us back.
He said he will post about it tomorrow.
Sunday, Feb 3rd
He said his statement will be posted by 1pm Central Standard time on Sunday.
He posted his statement, it shows no details and adds more excuses, it's torn apart by everyone involved.
I've chargedback my payments to him due to him not being able to provide a plan in depth stating how he will actually pay off any of the debts.
Waiting his next statement and his refund of all disputes.

I made sure I'm able to get it back if need be, but I had no reason to fear losing the money completely. We shall see what happens. I'm quite sure he will pay it back, but in how long is the issue.
I do hope this is resolved. Sandshrew, you really shouldn't have even gotten into this if you weren't able to pay the down-payment yourself and be 100% sure you could have the funds to pay it off fully.
It's because he doesn't owe omni the money, Hex did it out of a good will and trust the he'd pay him.
That makes sense, but I still don't know why anyone would trust that some Pokebooter would make up for the rest of the payment. I'm gonna see if I can find the thing in the Root sale thread about booters.

With the things that I have scheduled, I will surely be able to pay Hex off before March 1st.
Tibit never told me until last night that the payment was due today, and it wasn't even him it was Aeon who had told me. I had planned on our onsite agreement of the 5th, no earlier.
