• Sandshrew owed Pheno $1,100 LR.
  


• Sandshrew gets JB to pay $1.2k LR to pay off Sandshrew's Debt to Pheno and tells JB can be co-owner/leader or w/e in The Angels, which he's said was paid off.
  


• Sandshrew asks me for a loan of $550 after giving him $450 from his PokeBoot Profits that month that I was holding as his PP holder for it.
  


• Sandshrew sends that $450 + $550 = $1,000 to Hex as down payment on The Angels.
  


• Sandshrew owes me $620 due to the interest agreed on, defaults on payment, claims to have a plan to pay me back by Monday or Tuesday even though he has only $230 in his LIMITED, Fake Info PayPal.
  


• Sandshrew still owes Hex $2,750 for The Angels by March First.
  


• Sandshrew covered up most of this and didn't tell any of us about the other parts we didn't directly take part in.
  


• Sandshrew is proven to have a multiple account know as xFrawshi.
  


• Sandshrew owes $120 to contest winners he didn't pay out yet.
  


• Sandshrew lied to his partner about sales for PokeBoot.
  


• Says he's too busy to call me, will comment tonight or tomorrow when he feels like it.
  


• Says he'll announce his plan tomorrow. Refuses to comment on many of the questions at the moment.
  


• Lied to all members involved.
  


• The multi account has the same videos, AIM's, Skype, Emails, etc as his real account.
  


• Juicy Booty requested a full repayment from Sandshrew, totaling: $1,250
  


• In total he owes over $5,365 USD.
  


• Sandshrew claims the multi account is his "cousin", admits to proxy selling for a non-upgraded account, which is against the rules.
  


• Sandshrew agrees to pay Juicy Booty $1,250 if he isn't satisfied with Sandshrew's explanation. He said he will pay me back 'possibly' by tomorrow.
  


• He asked members of his group to code him a program to sell to make money.

Anyway I have to agree, this scam report is 100% Legit.

I believe what Tibit was trying to get at was to not deal with him until the dead lines since he is behind in many payments.
So no need to ask "why post this thread if it's still not the dead line." As for raised suspicion, he is a multi-accounter too.

I'm pretty sure ownership goes back to Hex, but I'm not 100% sure what has happened since I saw the post about it.

I didn't. I am still fully able to chargeback and will do so tomorrow unless he some how convinces me he can actually pay back in a really short amount of time, which is highly unlikely.

He has, but he said only: "I have a plan, don't worry, close the thread, give me till Monday or Tuesday, I can probably pay by then."

I have texted him, he wouldn't respond, then he said "Later." when I asked if he could call about it. He then said not till tonight, then moved it to tomorrow, when I mentioned the multi he got online right away and made time to post a bit instead of make a large statement.

SoulZeh: Phenomenal's paypal account was limited two days after he paid you.
Juicy Booty: I told you what he wanted on Skype, I can pull up the logs tomorrow.
Tibit: If you really want to I'll try my best to pay you back tomorrow.
Hex: I'll have it by March 1st, I have a plan.

Plan: I have methods for online money making, I don't make everything from my booter. This would get me quite a bit.
I have a booter, once I get it stickied it'll bring in a fair amount. I'm also a group owner, so I can throw that into boosting my sales, but I can't with this drama happening. Then I have other programs being created by people for me to sell on here.
I have a more detailed plan, but that's the outline.
