Hey guys I'm in a big trouble.Recently there was a seller on ebay who was selling a 1TB hardisk at a very discounted price.I'm from India and I bought using my Paypal.I thought I'm secured through Paypal so I placed an order.The seller was fake and he never ships the orders.After 5 days of purchase, I received a message via ebay that the seller is suspicious and please open a claim on paypal or something..

I opened a claim stating that the ebay told me to do so. Now paypal asked me to return the product shipped by the seller and provide the tracking information. I didn’t receive the product after 2 weeks so I replied to the claim that I never got the product shipped by the seller, how can I ship it back.

Now I’ve got a mail that my claim has been rejected.

Any solution? thanks in advance.

First of all isnt it against the rules for people from india to use paypal?

Who told you this ? you can use Paypal if you have CC attached to it.

Secondly did you tried putting all that ebay proof and PP is really fucked up,they should have asked seller to provide the shipment details not you.

First - done.
Second - I said I'll mail them all the details to you but they are fucking retarded.I got there mail that my case is rejected.What should I do now ? Paypal India sucks.Some people are saying me to contact Paypal Us customer care.Will that gonna help ? and do you have any contact number of Paypal Us ?

You must have opened the wrong claim.

PayPal would not ask you to return an item if you claim you never received it.

Mate, I did what ebay said.My money is stuck with them now.What should I do someone please help me out.There has to be some solution after all I'm not the culprit here 😟

Tell me what type of claim you opened after eBay told you that.

Item significantly not as described

Unauthorized

Item not received

And your best bet is to call PayPal very soon.

Item not received mate.That's what I did.

Then, your only hope is to call Paypal.

It makes no sense they would ask you to return an item on an INR dispute if the whole point is that you didn't receive the item.

Exactly man.They should ask the seller for the tracking details

Update:

Hey guys, just talked to the paypal US Customer Care Executive.
Her name was Dalene Todd. Man, she was so helpful.. heard me very patiently and understood my case perfectly. So, she promised me a reversal of the transaction of that $29.99 which I made with ebay.com using paypal as a payment gateway.
I did not have to request for refund nor i had to explain her the case again. She understood the case so well that Paypal India CC was useless and pathetic with their customer service and support because they couldn’t understand my query even after explaining them 4-5 times.

It was really a wonderful experience with the Paypal US Customer Care. They value their customers.
