Hey guys I'm in a big trouble.Recently there was a seller on ebay who was selling a 1TB hardisk at a very discounted price.I'm from India and I bought using my Paypal.I thought I'm secured through Paypal so I placed an order.The seller was fake and he never ships the orders.After 5 days of purchase, I received a message via ebay that the seller is suspicious and please open a claim on paypal or something..

I opened a claim stating that the ebay told me to do so. Now paypal asked me to return the product shipped by the seller and provide the tracking information. I didn’t receive the product after 2 weeks so I replied to the claim that I never got the product shipped by the seller, how can I ship it back.

Now I’ve got a mail that my claim has been rejected.

Any solution? thanks in advance.

You're going to have to call them, be very assertive, and tell them you absolutely need your money back since you didnt receive your HD. Tell them your goat is sick and needs medicine or something

Secondly did you tried putting all that ebay proof and PP is really fucked up,they should have asked seller to provide the shipment details not you.

I am too from india . But as i have never faced any such problems there was no need to contact them.
Hopefully some will post any good solution for it.

Tell me what type of claim you opened after eBay told you that.

It makes no sense they would ask you to return an item on an INR dispute if the whole point is that you didn't receive the item.
