I have been looking on Youtube on how to do a DoS attack and so far I only found ones on command prompt. Is there are more efficient way to do a DoS attack on a website?

DoS attacks will not work unless the server you're using is pretty damn strong and you're stressing a home connection, what you're looking for is a DDoS attack. The difference between them is with a DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service attack) you use multiple servers/bots instead of one which would be a DoS attack (Denial of Service attack).
-- To preform a DDoS attack you're either going to need a botnet or a or a booter. For a botnet look up some tutorials and for a booter check out the Server Stress Testing section and buy one, I'd recommend xBoot. Anyone heard of LOIC (Low Orbit Ion Cannon) http://sourceforge.net/projects/loic/ That is a a tool for (D)DoS and I didn't really know if I could ramp it up

He can still have a botnet; just setup a HTTP one, and get a crypter which will cost same price as a stresser. And then he can spread.... DUHH instead of paying monthly for a shit stresser. I don't see why people perform DoS attacks. All it does is piss people off, unless you have a way to make money from it. The only variables that really matter in this case are the number and amount of requests sent. I assume however, that by quality, you mean how easy the GUI is to use.
