Your pointless act of being a doosh doesn't satisfy me one bit.
He can still have a botnet; just setup a HTTP one, and get a crypter which will cost same price as a stresser. And then he can spread.... DUHH instead of paying monthly for a shit stresser.

Then try to get a free crypter or one that is really cheap and which the stubs will not last. Then magically spread with out spending any money using some hidden spreading method that you will have to share with him. But he has to get at least 150 bots to take some of the smallest sites down which you are not going to get quality with a free http and most things do not work on it. To set up a net under $20 would be hard and pointless.

I don't see why people perform DoS attacks. All it does is piss people off, unless you have a way to make money from it. The only variables that really matter in this case are the number and amount of requests sent. I assume however, that by quality, you mean how easy the GUI is to use.
