I remember my first impression of Vegeta from DBZ, I was like this guy just doesn't give a fuck about anything. He was always thinking about himself even though he sided with the good guys (mostly for personal gain)

Mainstream wise I'd say someone like Blackbeard, Akainu, Orochimaru, Madara and Ulqiorra.

My personal favorite though is Madara Uchiha, even though a lot of people hate Naruto, you have love Madara. He's just a badass mother fucker that does what he wants.

my most favorite anime villain has to be team rocket, and those bad guys from dragon ball at the start

How could I forget about team rocket? They came a long way from generation 1 getting their ass kicked to current generation badasses who rarely lose.

I vote Uchiha Madara from Naruto. He is a real badass.

Cell from DBZ is definitely up there for me when it comes to most memorable. Then again i honestly cant forget any of the main villains from that tv series because they were all pretty much badasses. But i think Cell was the best, and then majiin buu.
