Thats a lot for something you "just wanted to get posted". The current staff, while they do have their downs I believe , like you said are very good and I wouldn't change that, But groups are good no matter who leads them or in what direction, they are a way for members to communicate to each other in a more trusted or similar group. Either way, this is a very nice thread so far, and im looking forward to see more. :)

I agree with you on members expiring after a year or two. There are quite a few members I met when I started on HF that were really good, but no longer come on this site. You should know as well as I do how hard it is to find genuinely good members while owning groups since majority of the people that talk are kiss asses. I've only met a few since starting The Empire that I actually enjoy talking to who aren't kiss asses.

When you don't meet new people that you can enjoy talking to or sell something here, you get bored of the site really quickly. That's usually why members don't last more than a year or two. I've gotten completely bored of the site multiple times before, it's hard to get interested into it again.

Also, good luck on bringing logic/void back, sucks that malachi is closed tho, he was the best debater in those.

I enjoyed reading your feedback. I too have felt the struggle between trying to be helpful and wanting to flaming people for ignorance so I know how you feel. It's difficult sometimes but in the end I'm glad when I'm helpful as opposed to toxic. As much as I like Nexus I do understand the need for change and hope that I can remain or join after the change.
