nice thread sir a lot of guys out here are greedy...
Lets cut the SH*T. REAL monetizing methods TRIED and TESTED by YOU. |

I really like this thread. I just wanted to let you know I keep reading it every time I see a new post. At the moment I'm not really in the mood of sharing bad past experiences (expecially because none of them is significant), however I will definetly try to put some memories together in the near future. More threads should be like this. So, well: thanks OP.

Of course, Radar created FI. I can see FI is still live but haven't followed the fortunes of the of venture for some time. If one of you know him give him a poke to the thread. The moment you realize how much you are loosing your time. Definetly time for a sigarette. Maybe staring outside and considering the fact that for the last couple of days you actually forgot that real people are making real money out of the fog of the monetizing techniques section. Well, it's the second time today I say this, but really thank you OP.
Two eBooks and a book about a banned subject I'll call "An engineering degree in the social sector".
Three different authors, one is still here and is a massive EBook seller, one is closed and the other forgot. What happened: Book was about a shitty article writing guide to make money with article websites by basically plagiarising other peoples EBook and posting it on there. Did it work? No. You get banned for plag before you get paid and they're only looking for subjects absolutely nobody writes or looks into. Curtains close, the method was absolutely terrible. Book 2. Book about getting an adfoc link or something like that and submitting it onto view websites that you spend several hours using to get points. Did it work? 0.15$ in three days. Didn't even think about wasting an entire month on it. Book 3 about Sierra Echo - Engineering socially. Gave me a cracked program and whole book was illegal activities. Friend of mine who'd done this before stopped me. Stopped looking at eBooks, started working; I'm a manager and I've been given the BMW X1.
Alright fuckers, looks like this thread could be the shit if no other eBook sellers raid it, so let me shed some light.
First of all I'd like to thank the OP and others who have posted useful content in this thread. This is what a monetizing section of a forum should be about, not a place for eBook sellers and referral beggars. Now, about eBook sellers: I was both a seller and a buyer. You can guess which side made me money. Buying eBooks on HF and many other forums is a waste of money. I think we all realize that by now. But once upon a time, I didn't. I bought quite some, and made nothing, literally. All of the threads were stylish, full of proof and praises, guarantees, etc. But still - nada. And that's the point of those threads, to get you to buy the product. After that, no one gives a shit, and because of it, you will forget about the eBook in a week. If you're stupid you'll buy another, if you learned your lesson, you won't. I mean, just go to the Deal Dispute section and see how many threads are there about eBooks. Whether it's the method not working, no promised refund or help or something else. It's because the sellers don't give a shit about their users once they bought the eBook. They just go onto another batch of users and sell it to them. And it's a GREAT business model. I mean, fuck, look at how many eBook sales threads are there each week. And most of them sell at least some. The ones that are sticky always have 20+ pages. People are always complaining about the eBooks, but those same eBooks get sold each day. It's just what the HF users (mainly noobs) are used to, and it works. Partially because most of them are underage kinds just getting into IM, and partially because there's a steady stream of new users each day. So there's always a bigass customer base. So we are getting to my first method. Write an eBook. It can be total shit. Pay someone 15$ to create you a sales thread and signature. Promise thousands, refunds, bonuses, blah blah. Get a stick in this section. Offer free copies to people who wear your signature or something. Profit. Rinse and repeat, and don't just stick to HF. This method works, and there's proof all over this forum. Oh, oh, oh, before we go further, I just remembered something. A bunch of people were saying that you should buy eBooks for the information and guidance. FUCK THAT. I spent at least a year browsing random forums including HF, buying eBooks and products. Want to know how much I made? Almost nothing. Want to know how much I learned? Only not to buy eBooks. On the other hand, once I started doing something, I made money the same week and within that first week learned more than I did when I was buying eBooks. Which gets me to my next point. Real moneymaking: The only way of making money is to sell something. It can be an eBook, a service, ad space, traffic, time, whatever. I even wrote an eBook on this and I sold a few copied right here at HF lol. Also, in the past I wanted to do what the OP is doing right now - make this section worth something. So I made some threads that could be useful and relevant to this discussion, have a look: How to ACTUALLY make money || THE Monetizing Technique [Guide in the thread] Avoid These 4 Mistakes in your Online Moneymaking Career || Beginner DELUSIONS SalesBooster || Increasing your sales performance [FREE GUIDE IN THREAD] Let me tell you what's stopping you from making money...and how to get rid of it. I really suggest you to read that. I did write that when I was less experienced than now, but still, it could be an eye-opener. And it probably contains more useful info than any eBooks lo, aaand it's freel. I'm not saying this to praise myself, but to show the irony (and sadness, actually). Alright now, methods! 1# Learn some shit and sell it. Learn coding, designing, playing guitar, fixing computers, drawing, whatever. In the world of today, everything will find a buyer. Here's something to get you started: https://imgur.com/gallery/iCAe0 https://imgur.com/gallery/iT5l7 2# Make a website. I cannot express the importance of this. Get a hosting, a domain, and create a blog. It can be about anything, moneymaking, fitness, fishing, Android devices, whatever you like. After a month or two of publishing content, you will be able to put up some ads and start advertising. I guarantee that you will make at least something. And it can be scaled as much as you want. You will need an audience, so start social network accounts, register on related forums, etc. Learn about SEO, inbound marketing, A/B testing, etc., etc. This post is a clustefuck, and I'm sorry about that. I'll try to create separate, informative posts/threads about legitimate methods, as I really can't go in depth like this. But at least I hope you learned something. :) (Aug 14, 2014 03:45 AM)iClick Wrote: SnipSales ending tomorrow, last copy only 7 dollars? The ways some EBook sellers advertise is absolutely disgusting and "ending soon my ass". Aside from that, I did have one EBook that worked and got me the promised pay. It's still in the market but I absolutely refuse to name it. EBooks to me have 3 different kinds: The ones with the flashy text that absolutely will not work. The small ones that won't work and the author is desperate to profit out of an EBook. The small ones that will work but nobody has heard of. There was a book I did find, had no more than three vouches and had no more than 5 pages in the thread. There were about 4 posts questioning the book due to "Hurr durr no vouches can you provide proof" but someone drew me to the book. I did buy it, and it worked; I made my money. Did exactly what it said on the tin. What happened? Nothing. I got a better paying job and I had other things to take up my time. Some other notes: A lot of the free eBooks (yeah, those ones) have made more money than the paid (1 dollar vs 15 cents) but using an EBook for your finances is stupid; get a job and a stable money flow going before you spend time on an EBook. Correct. 🤝 I forgot to mention the most important thing, at least for me. Work with someone experienced. People who have the experience can give you great advice and insight, prevent you from making mistakes and motivate you. Meeting my current partner was the best thing that happened to me in IM.
Finally someone who don't spread crap around to earn penny from e-books.
Thanx OP for helping open eyes to HF newbies that jump on every lie :) BTW, the banning for translated content and SERP penalization was way before Panda but not that effective. You know, Google is company that is WORLDS BEST in indexing and analyzing any kind of content. Anyway, I think you have good future before you as you can spot currently profitable niche or method and work around it to be effective. Also I like your writting style :) so you might just make blog with long lasting project, enriched with videos (and viraly supperted by it) ;). I think in mid-term, you can have something profitable where you don't need to worry about bans or penalization. Your traffic would be real, your YT/Twitter/FB views/likes/comments would be real.
This a very great thread. Thanks for sharing! I thought I would contribute as well.
I made a thread of how to easily make money using the website MyLikes. Check out my thread here for instructions : https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4355518 It's not $3000.00 dollars a month buts it's a start. 🤝
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before, but I haven't seen it so I'll post here anyways.
Roblox For those of you who know what it is, you are probably laughing or thinking I'm an idiot. For those who don't know, Roblox is a game design platform targetted at younger kids (think 8-12). Basically, users can create games out of blocks and scripts using their software, and other people play it. So how do you make money from this? Recently, Roblox has employed this strategy known as "DevEx." It allows any player who makes games to cash out their in game money for USD. Only the premium currency (which exists solely due to purchases of the currency), can be exchanged for real money, and it's at a rate much lower than how much people get for buying it. However, the most popular games that have employed decent monetization techniques are making of hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. Your competition is a bunch of children so making a game that "stands" out isn't too hard if you have a decent imagination and an idea of scripting. Anyways, the most popular games at any given time have 2,000-4,000 players playing at the same time. The reason why these games are making so much money is they sell things like admin, VIP, and other powerups for the Robux (the premium ingame currency) equivalent of a couple of dollars per purchase. This is the sales of powerups for one of the most popular games right now: ![]() The current exchange rate is 200$ per 100k robux, with a limit of 10k $ per month. Once you get the hang of how everything works, It's not hard to make a successful game. With the ingame advertising features (pay ingame money to place advertisements on the website for your game) It's not hard to get your game the exposure necessary to become popular. Once you make a popular game, the next ones after that become easier to get players, as you already have relevance on the website. The most famous users all have 10+ games that have atleast 50 players on at all times, and reach the most popular games every now and then. There are people who have cashed out 10k, and many, many players are consistently cashing out 1-2k a month. (Aug 20, 2014 06:55 PM)Cummodo Wrote: This a very great thread. Thanks for sharing!
