What I didn't like on windows 8.1 is that need an account from outlook to enter, I think this means that boring.
Windows 7 does not have this, only the user accounts.
In conclusion, I will even 8.1 to be the most new? I am from Brazil

Windows 7 if I wanted to do some hard task ex: editing, coding, compiling and rely on stability.
However simple web browsing, gaming and wasting time, I would go with W8.
Looking forward to see Windows 10.
