That or set your IP address to his ip and cause a conflict. Do this until he asks what might be wrong.. Then add the rat while your working on it.

i may have to do that, was really hoping to be able to do it without having access but this may have to do.

Would of been better to be able to crypt it and bind it to a pic or somthing and just send him the pic over facebook haha

What kind of webcam is it? Can you access it over the network?
