If you want to ensure that HF has great up-time the best thing you could do is get rid of Cloudflare.

There are many great alternatives, the best is Incapsula.

Hopefully it doesn't happen again. I think I know who might have done it as I was added to a Skype group discussing how to take down HF. Ill PM a staff member about it if I seem necessary.
