I thought I'd share this story here as I've shared it on other forums, it's not something that can be recreated but rather something that can be learned from and do something similar

So this all happened about a month ago. My friend's parents are millionaires and they were selling their house and said they wanted around £750K for it. They jokingly asked me to sell it for them as they'd heard of my talking skills from myself and my friend. I told them sure I'll get £850K for it and we began to get more serious until I talked my way into them letting me sell itm for them, bare in mind that I'm still only 17. I told them that I'd sell it to the first interested potential buyer.

Comes to the day and I show him round and talk to him, talk him into buying for £875K and he did. They wanted to give me £100K for it but I said I promised them £850K, so I took £25K. I think I'd make a good estate agent. Check my threads for bragging rights to see some of the stuff I bought. I still had more before this and this just added on.

Possibly but being seen as an honest and respectable person rather than someone who jumps at the opportunity to take $100K might be more valuable in the long run when it comes to millionaires.

You are not exactly a professional at anything though.. 25k for a year isnt anything to be proud of. You are 17 so thats amazing, but I think you should wait on helping people till you have more money.

Edit: You should be investing this money into a mutal fund or start researching into day trading. Dont be a 17 year old idiot who buys a car or something that you really dont need.
