Have about 12 months to save up for a car. Suggest me a sick car (I live in the UK).
Not too ridiculously priced but I want a smart one, not sports one, just a black or white car that looks the business. Can be looking at about £10K - £50K
I would honestly suggest getting a reliant robin. the car has 3 wheels, and i think is still legal in the UK
also you can go to them sick meetups those 50 y/o's have
downside is. you cant have too much camber. ;(
With that range you have lots of options. Do you have any preferences to particular makes? You can get a GTI which many people consider smart as well has sporty. If you want serious help PM me and I'll be glad to help.
Also. goodluck finding one
I hope you have fun searching for a car m8

I think you should get an Audi A8. Not only does it look like you mean business, but it also is the car from the transporter which is pretty cool. That or a oldish BMW, both nice cars which I think show you mean business. Good luck buying a car bro, always and exciting time!
I would go for something like Audi RS coupe
Have a little look for Audi RS5 COUPE 4.2 FSI quattro S Tronic 3dr SAT NAV+B&O+Full Leather on Auto Trader
It has the power for when you need it and lets be honest it's pretty smart. 😉
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Be weary when buying anything European - depending on where you're from, it can be very costly to replace parts that will inevitably at some stage need replacing.
This is what I currently drive - 07 Subaru Liberty
Cost me $28K, however it looks the part and is ridiculously fun to drive
How much money do you think you can gather in 12 months? If you have the money i'd suggest getting a new Audi A4 S line, those things are sick.
Maybe Audi A6 with nice 3.2 (v6) or 4.2 (v8) engine ?
Maybe a white Mercedes CLS 250 CDI? It looks cool and business, but it's around £50K

OK, so here's my little guide to buying your own car and some tips for saving up for your first car.
I bought my first car at age 19: a brand new Camaro 1 LT/RS package in lime green with black vinyl stripes. As a kid my friends would be getting skateboards and toys while they were laughing at me for getting money in my bank account. Ten years later who's laughing now huh!?!? I worked bottom-feeder jobs for a good amount of my money as well... valet parking, stocking shelves... you name it.
1) Cut your Costs
Wherever you can save a penny, do it. If you drink coffee or soda every day I recommend instead drinking water... beverages can add up to huge numbers over time.
2) Make a Budget
It's time to re-evaluate every single one of your purchases. If you can live without something, cut the cost. Make a giant spreadsheet and keep a record of your bank balance. Give yourself a set amount to spend each week and hold to it. Saving up for a car is more often than not is a math game. If you use basic math skills, you should be good to go.
3) Don't Purchase Groceries on an Empty Stomach
I cannot stress this enough. If you are old enough to purchase your own groceries, never ever go to the grocery store and do your shopping while you're hungry. This personally did me dirty and I ended up spending oodles of money quickly.
4) Recurring Purchases
Be careful about recurring charges: Amazon Prime, Xbox Live, Netflix... any of those "free trials" will get you time and time again if you don't go out of your way to avoid them. Use prepaid cards if you really must have your free trials of services. Never use your real card to purchase trials as 99% of the time you'll forget about them until you see the charge on your account, in which case it's too late most of the time.
5) Be Sensible/Calculate insurance
Don't go shooting to buy a Lamborghini (even if you can afford it or the payments on it.) It's important to calculate how much the car will cost to own, maintain & insure after you purchase it. Calculate it out online and also keep in mind that if you're younger that certain cars may be hella expensive in this category. Also I would avoid purchasing used luxury cars. BMW, for example, are hella expensive to maintain after their warranty expires. I have first hand knowledge of this through a family member.
