Thing is, usually when scammers are found, they are banned for a really long time. Check bans.php. Almost everyone's bans end next year that scammed.

Not always true. They ARE banned when evidence is on site, aka all deals done via PM and so on, but a lot of people get away with it by doing the deal offsite.

Lol do you have any idea how long it would take to compile such a list? There's 173 (as of 2 days ago) pages of scam reports.
