you need to have something listening on that port, it's not enough to forward it...

Try listening with a tool and disabling firewall. If that doesn't work make an exception in your firewall. 🙂

If canyouseeme.com can't see your port that means is not open !!!!!!!
Because this site is sending request into your specified port and if its can't reach then no one can reach either. [ includes and bots ]
