I'm using nanocore and are using the port 1604. I forwarded it in my router TCP/UDP but port checking tools still say that its closed.

Anyone know why?

Have the port listening when you check and firewall off.

Start the Port Listening on your RAT before going to canyouseeme.org. Also make sure your damn firewall is turned off & your AV is disabled/uninstalled/destructed

Did you start the listener ? If you didn’t start the listener, canyouseeme will tell you that your port is not open...
