No because I'm left with a notification that is similar to a PM notification and it gets annoying to have it there all of the time. I can use a userscript to hide it, but it's still not the same. And not everybody that is blacklisted applies through the usercp.
I really wish I could message Omni about this lol. Somebody who doesn't care about their account should bring this to his attention lmfao.

I care about my account slightly, but I'll think about it. 🤣

Poor tdog, you should've messaged Omni about this thread instead of posting a new one to get your account closed 🤣
I seriously back this idea. Would be extremely useful.

LMAO, Omni isn't big on (to understate), getting PM's to read suggestion threads. Outcome woulda prolly been the same 😶

Lol it was a joke, tdog was closed after he posted a thread that was related to some drama and what not. But yeah instead of posting a new thread, he should have messaged Omni about this one since he figured he would be closed for posting that thread anyways lol.
The issue is letting group owners have the control on this. Would be a pain in the ass to implement. I would like this type of feature though. I'll have to consider it more carefully but I think there are more pressing things to do.
It would almost be better to have an invite system for groups with an invite code maybe.

An invite system could work so long as members could no longer make a Join Request and the invite code could be listed publicly and used by multiple members. Once the group no longer wants members to join at will they could generate a new code, making the publicly posted one useless.
I agree that there are other things that need attention, but I would like to see the idea for this be worked on and added to the To-Do list.

If the Owner/Leader could generate the code and it'd be like 26 random letters and numbers then it'd be a lot less likely of people figuring it out.
Or if members could only make a Join Request by having the code. So the code could be posted publicly and then the leaders could approve and disapprove who could join the group. Once they no longer want join requests they can either have a disable button to disable the code or regenerate a new code.

This was suggested not long ago but it's an awesome idea. Group leaders don't need tons of LQ requested day after day. I support the addition of this.
I just read this after I posted and it seem like a better suggestion:
