On behalf of (now former) The Informers, Bigandrewgold and I made an eBook with a lot of information you need for jailbreaking.

You can download the eBook HERE

If you download this, please post what you think about it. With any suggestions or questions you may have.

Thanks! I tried to get this stickied, but I guess it didn't.

For those wondering, I'll update this tonight or tomorrow to include information about the recent jailbreakme.com release.

This is a great contribution for all the new members out there wanting to jailbreak. I skimmed through and you covered all the basics. Great job!

Thanks a lot man! If you think of anything that should be added just let me know. We tried to include pretty much all that we could, but may have missed something little. I'll probably update it for Jailbreakme tomorrow.

The ebook itself, is reached of high quality content. You should make a better visual for it.

Although is just my opinion (:

Cheers

You should add a note for the users that the jailbreak for iOS 5.0 is tethered. What this means, how to enter tethered mode, any limitations, etc.
