Im sorry I am not a technical person with computers. Say I purchased a fb password. How do I log in to that persons account without them knowing it was me, they would know its me if fb told them it was accessed from my island. I only know how to use a program called hide ip speed, but i usually only use that to watch movies and programs that you have to be in america to watch.
How can i cover myself pls?

Try using a VPN (as i said, use proXPN).
Or you could try with T0R (Not as safe).

and well, yes and no.
Who are you using it on?
There isn't too much you can do to hide that ;)

but most people wont bother tracking you.
Look up Hackipidia- Wardrive.

ProXPN in fact DOES keep logs. They don't allow the use of its proxy service for any illegal or unwanted thing, including DDoS, spam, hacking, etc. They have an email for violation against their terms of service, and if you violate them and someone contacts them with packet logs, they will report to the authorities and give your real IP to the slave if they request it.

please read through their T0S and FAQ'S.
They do not keep logs, but they will terminate any service they find being used for illegal activities (if you run into a honey pot or you are reported, they really aren't monitoring unless your doing something massive throwing a lot of red flags up).
They keep no logs for one reason, so there are no logs to be asked for.
the cops can not take what is not there.

Using the program itself not, but if you use a cracked WLAN for illegal things, it´s pretty easy to get caught as long as you don´t spoof your MAC, use a VPN and so on.

Well a VPN = Virtual private network *im tired, correct me if wrong*.
It takes your packets/data transfer, and pretty much hides it usng the VPN'S identity.

I personally dont know much about hide ip, but it sounds like a vpn.
Some are free (proxpn. For example). But paid are normally best
