I don't like this TRRS. Reason being is the part regarding threads. Personally if they got denied for any other reason besides the one specified, they shouldn't be allowed in. It basically gives leniency to enter the group as LQ member.

I'm not oblivious, I review people that don't meet the requirements and normally they get a higher price. If they haven't written a single tutorial they never get in.

I like this idea :P Sometimes isn't because you got warnings or shits that your not an HQ members ... Hope those who get warn's will learn with this extra cost :P Never been warned in the last past years ... and i won't lol
