I have created this thread targeting new members to help them gain an understanding of the current rules and regulations regarding our warning system. If you have any questions or concerns, I ask that you post below or send me a PM. I'll be more than happy to assist and answer any questions/concerns you may have. This thread will be updated regularly with warning points, help documents, or site policy changes.

Note: Writing out the "help" code does not apply to the 20 minimum character limit, so be more specific when directing a user to the Help Documents. It's always better for members to understand the current rules rather than overlook them.

Questions & Answers:

Q: Where is the report button?
A: The report button can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the user's post/thread. It resembles a lightning bolt icon.

Q: What if the reason isn't on the drop-down list?
A: Select "Other" and write the reasoning for your report.

Q: How do I report a user's profile?
A: Find their most recent post and select "Profile Violation" when clicking on the report. You may also report it directly to a Staff Member

Q: I don't understand why I received a warning, who do I contact?
A: By clicking on your warning level, you may find the Staff member who gave it to you. Contact them directly, and they will provide a more detailed response as to why it was given.

Warning Points:
Below you can find the list of warnings, how many points they're worth, and the duration for each warning.

• Adult Content (+50 points) - 2 Months
  
• Advertising Competing Site (+50 points) - 2 Months
  
• Disallowed Blackhat Activity (+50 points) - 2 Months
  
• Infected Links or Infecting Members (+25 points) - 1 Month
  
• Invalid Reputation (+15 points) - 1 Week
  
• Leaking, Copyright, or Leeching (+25 points) - 1 Month
  
• Marketplace Violation (+25 points) - 1 Week
  
• Nonsense (+10 points) - 3 Days
  
• Out of Marketplace (+25 points) - 1 Week
  
• Posting Etiquette (+10 points) - 1 Month
  
• Posting Personal Data (+25 points) - 1 Month
  
• Profile Violation (+25 points) - 1 Month
  
• Sharing Off-Site Communication (+10 points) - 3 Days
  
• Vouch Begging (+15 points) - 1 Month
  
• Warez, Keys, Serials, Rips, or Cracks (+25 points) - 1 Month
  

Post Suspension - 1: 25% warning disables your post feature for four hours, starting from the time you've received the warning.
Post Suspension - 2: 50% warning disables your post feature for two days, starting from the time you've received the warning.
Post Suspension - 3: 75% warning disables your post feature for one week, starting from the time you've received the warning.
Post Suspension - 4: 100% warning disables your post feature for one month, starting from the time you've received the warning.

Limited: 50% warning changes your username to red & restricts you from accessing certain parts of the forums.
Banned: 100% warning is an automatic ban from Hack Forums. You will be banned for 1 week.

Should be:

50% = 24 hour post suspension
75% = 3 day Limited group
100% = 2 week Exiled group

Oh as I can see, some changes have been done. You're aren't limited with 50% of warning, now you just can't post for a day and 75% is limitation ban.
