I got a review copy for this one, and still waiting for MSDN accept my website. Yes, a website is a must, you can download it anywhere. However, this guide doesn't show you how to find a website or what kind of website you should use. To me, this one is not the problem since I own a lot of website scripts.

You can still sell them up on ebay somewhat. Mine stay on ebay for about 5 days before they take them down and I get people that see them and email me wanting to purchase keys. Like I said in another post i've made 400$ so far :)

I don't know, I restarted, and it works perfectly - e-bay stopped taking them down for me, and I managed to sell them at 80$ a piece THROUGH ebay itself. My website managed to grab recurring members, thus, cash flow is constant.

Also, for the small business thing, you only have to pretend to be one. And you should get a subdomain or a website anywhere, but you have to know how to install a CMS.
