A little java popup reminder.

I reckon that a little java message box appearing when you go to /subscribe.php that says "HFL337 is not instant. They have to be reviewed manually. Please be patient." would be a great idea. It would stop the 5-6 threads a day saying "HFL337 WTF??? WHERE IS IT????", and would save mod's time. Even though it's not that much of a bother.

I agree. This would somehow lessen the "HFL337 WTF???" threads in this section. 🙂

Code the javascript to not allow anyone to perss the "Okay" button for 5 seconds or so. Also, make the message short, simple and sweet. No moer than two sentences.

Make it like a compulsory 5 second wait, then a lot of people would read it instead of clicking through :)
