Yeah I had the same problem when I tried doing it once, I'd like to know how to fix that.

Try reinstalling flash or something, I think VCW is flash based anyway. And try opening it in a different browser.

I did but nothing seems to work for it:(

It has this Readme in side, but that also doesnt work :(

Note: the newest version of Adobe Flash Player (11.2.202.228) has
a bug which prevents the virtual girl files from playing. To fix this,
you will need to downgrade your system to the previous version of
flash (11.1.102.63) or (10.3.183.18).
First, go to the following link to see which version of flash you

Then, if you need to downgrade to an earlier version, follow Adobe's

I have the same exact problem when I drag and drop the VCW into google chrome it load it but when I right click on like a few seconds does it play and other wise she frozen or the pic is grayed out I've tried the uninstalling flash player for the newer ver. restarted comp. then went ot download 10.3 and restarted comp again I even followed a tut for flash fully uninstalling and making sure you delete certain files in folders that may be left behind and still nothing ughh someone with TV ro skype help thanks
