It's the mouse state when a control is disabled. I suppose someone could just check the Enabled property but I'm sure I had some reason...

Bloom is the class for the Properties of the tabcontrol....

I would like to know more if that's possible, any errors or bugs I can fix. I only code in VB.Net but the conversion between the two is very easy so I'll fix it.

Also I'm working on a tutorial, for now you can have a look on Aeonhacks ThemeBase thread (Link on first page) video tutorial on how to make a theme. ThemeBase and TabControlDesigner work very similar.

I changed bloom to blooms,It works fine now with the themebase.But one problem,We can't resize it,I sticks to the size of the form, Please fix this
