Nice list! Definitely helped me alot. I'd suggest you remove exehost.com from the list since it's down, and add http://www.hostmyexe.com/ instead of it. I would recommend trying this new website, since it was made by a fellow hf member named by "Agent Jones". And it even have an Email bomber, Sms bomber, and some other handy tools for hacking.

Thanks for the info but I think theirs enough uploading sites there for now, if more of them become down i'll remove.

You may want to remove up2x.com I heard it got hacked and now all the files redirect to someone elses server.
