I bought lifetime from him and at first day it was working good but the next day I cannot log in the crypter and there was an error message and when I asked him for support, he said that I am using the crypter in other computers and I told him that I only use the crypter and my RAT in my computer because my kids use all the computers here @ home except for my computer. He reset the crypter. Then every time I shut down my PC same I get same error message and he refused to reset it. I told him I don't want reset because I end up not able to use the crypter because the free time that I have all goes to waiting for support if you can even call it support.

There might be a problem with your pc nor saving content on the hdd, are you using deep freeze or any other protection which resets the pc's content after a reboot?

I only got Mcafee as protection and AVG for optimizing my PC.
