I had bought an eBook off this scamming user and said he would provide support to help me get setup. He provided very minimal support, his eBook hardly made sense and he added me to his ignore list after I asked for help.



How can I provide him proof if he has blocked me from PM'ing him?

EDIT: Added Rep to me because I sent him a few questions and he said I bugged him for a week, I only bought it yesterday sunshine.

Ok; this is in the process of being resolved. Here is what i PM'ed him and offered him, waiting on his response, when he responds i will post a screenshot of that and a screenshot of me doing what option he wants.

I added him to my ignore list after the 3rd day of about 20 PMs a day, he is incompetent and does not have any comprehention skills, i cannot help someone who cannot be helped because they are to stupid.

OP im waiting on that chargeback so i can open a scam report. 🤗

I agree with Ninja. He is correct in saying there is no Terms of Service stating Roblex cannot do a charge back :). You would be better off just refunding him his money...

I offer refunds if the user provides suffient proof they attempted the method and it did not work for them, this user did not attempt the method as he is to dumb to understand what he is reading to attempt it. I have plenty of happy customers, i do not even care about this thread tbh.

If he paid and was just asking for support, there is no need to have no patience to help out a customer.

I'd say either unblock him and give the support he needs or just refund him.
