Scammed for:200m RSGP($80)

Story: I was selling RSGP for .40 per mill. Phatomatix contacts me and offers to buy 375m for $150. I agreed. He agreed to go first if we do increments of 100m per increment($40). We got down with 2 increments when he messages me saying his PP is acting up and he will finish the trade in a bit. Few minutes after he messages me saying he has been hacked and the hacker place "Unauthorized Payment" disputes on all his payments. I looked at my paypal and both the payments he sent me are set on hold. He messages me saying he try to cancel the dispute and resend the money. After a few minutes he messages me again saying he cant because it wont let him and he tried calling PP and they said it will take 48-72 hours to take off the payments off hold. I contacted PP and asked about their policies, they said that if the buyer contacts them saying them the payments were authorized, they would instantly take off the hold. Which means Phatomatix has lied. I also asked for the 200m back and he started ignoring my PM's. I would not trust this user....

Stated he would send the money again, never did....
Until I see real proof and evidence that his PP really did get hacked, scam report stays...
