You don't go up to an investor and say 'I have a million dollar idea, give me $50,000 and I'll make magic happen.
I don't see why this is any different. Tibit requires a solid outline of how things will proceed from here, meaning where you plan on getting your revenue from, a marketing plan, etc.

So far it looked extremely unlikely that I'll be paid within a week even, unless someone loans him money to do so. If he could be straight with me and tell me his plan in detail, I can reevaluate the situation.

He said he might call me tonight to discuss. I will update about the call, if he calls, he said he might not. Hopefully he can outline his plan on how he intends to raise the funds necessary to repay the loan with the interest agreed upon and when he plans on being able to do so.
