If the person seems just a bit fishy, don't trade. Anyone could be a scammer, anyone has the ability to be one. So if you don't trust them, then just don't trade.

To clarify it is perfectly fine to post someones name. The parts that are against the rules are posting address's/phonenumbers and everything else to actually locate someone. The name really doesn't do that much considering the fact that there is probably another 1000 people with that same exact name in the world.
