I agree with you, though I'm not watching Robotics;Notes because I already had over 20 ongoing anime already, but I do plan on watching it later.
Psycho Pass and Shinsekei Yori are both better.

Well the majority of the episodes of Zetsuen have aired in 2013, so in my eyes it's a 2013 anime :P

Zetsuen is awesome but as stated above psycho-pass is better.
I'll also have to check shinsekai Yori after reading this

First 19 Episodes is pretty good and amusing but latest ones has been bad.

You forget the pet girl of sakuraso, Kotoura-san, little busters, oreshura and GJ Club on those epic anime of late 2012, ongoing 2013 list.

It's true for Sakurasou (As you can tell from my signature :D), but not Little Busters, it's good but not at the same level of Shinsekai Yori/Psycho Pass in my opinion.
GJ Club, Kotoura-san and OreShura are good as seasonal anime, not enough for "best of the year".
But that's just my opinion. ;)
