Only reason i did this deal is because I need cash and my paypal doesn't let me redeem moneypak cards any more cause I reached my limit for the 30 days so I made a deal with this guy and he just runs and scams me -_-

True.. I wanted it on my PP, that's the whole point.
I didn't expect that it will refund it, when I added my SSN on it.

But no matter what, a scam is a scam.. Even though I honestly didn't expect this to happen.
& I had no idea you had to pay bills. But once this refund comes back, I'm sending you're $258.00 back.
I'm not that type of dude. Even when/if my account gets closed.
I'm making sure you get your money back from that refund.

Why can't you go through with the deal we had and just send it through western union and we can close this report? We both know you have the money to do so.
