I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this post but anyways.
I have this program cane and able and it needs to be run as a admin and i want to run this program on a normal user and i wonder if its possible and if so how do i do it?(How do i do so it doesn't need admin permission to run so to say?)

as normal you can do it with this way its a bit more advanced you can download virtual box or vwmare workstation and download and run a virtual windows system then you could install cain and abel and run it as admin virtually hope i helped

This probably doesn't help much, but my school network admin wanted everyone to be partial admins so we could use USBs... I just installed Cain and got about 60 different passwords in 50 minutes :P

But perhaps you could shoulder swap or find a small keylogger and stick it on a computer used by someone with elevated privileges?

Cain and Abel or a similar tool may allow you to gain the actual admin password, but on a non admin account you can't work around and obtain privileges that you don't have.

I heard from a buddy that its possible to put a usb into a computer and then it creates a admin account for you. Does anyone of you know where i could get this code/info on how to do it? (Also it's a school computer im trying to get into and i think all the logins are stored on a universal server that all school computer are connected to so i'm not sure that this "Program that creates a admin login" will work but i hope so)

It's worth a shot but you could try downloading a bootable iso called Network Password Recovery by Passcape and booting it on one of the computers and you should get an option to dump the Active Directory (if your school has one) and this will contain all the domain logins :)

(Oh and you will obviously need a hash cracking program for the dumped files)

nope you dont need admin privalages because virtualbox or vwmare have portable versions good luck
