Im sure its possible for everyone to watch most of the western sites that contains no censorship easily :) I looked up about the censorship things in Japan You can look here I think. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pornography...rship_laws According to some trustful Japanese websites, basically all the porn are technically not completely legal according to the 175 law. So they "hide" sexual parts so its supposed to be fake sex or something more innocent than sex or porn. does it make sense? This reminds me of ソープ(soap)which is the place you can legally have sex with workers(prostitutes). why this is legal? Its because this is supposed to be you and woman have relationship temporally. Its supposed to be that you meet the girl you like(what a coincidence) and fall in love. So its a relationship not prostitution. I feel those two are very similar because they both make kinda bullshit excuse. hope it made sense!

Never knew people got around the law like that. I dont wanna translate it all but Im pretty sure watching or having virtual content has not been considered as a crime yet but it will be in the future.

Virtual Content refers to like loli hentai, right? If so I'm glad it's legal in the US. Sucks if it's gonna be illegal in Japan. as I think most of it comes from there. If it refers to digital video, ignore this post. (Jun 3, 2013 06:26 PM)BaussHacker Wrote: What are the chances for getting a job in Japan when you aren't from Japanese original? I've looked into this and there are a few requirements. I would say the majority of Companies that are even willing to sponsor someone to work for them would require you to have a Bachelors Degree. A lot of people are hired as English Teachers. I guess that would be the #1 Profession for Expats. Another field probably would be IT in Computer Science,Programming and Security. Some employers require you have to a certain Level JLPT Certificate. *Note: Don't take my words as fact, but these are just assumptions based on observations.

Do you know anything more about this? :) (Jun 4, 2013 06:45 AM)Ignore Wrote: How about engineers? I know for sure It's possible for IT Industry, Teaching, Entertainment (Video Production) and Business/Commerce. Packaging and Food Industry you may struggle as It's not in high demand for Employees. The Pros may outweigh the cons for a company to sponsor an employee for that specific job.

The easiest way to get a job in Japan is definitely being a English teacher. I have heard its hard work and pay is not so great though. I already wrote this but our English level is one of the worst among developed countries. So its not impossible :) Other than English teacher, I have to say its difficult to get visa or jobs unless you are skilled or graduated well known university. Hope it helped. If we hear french food or restaurant , everybody would imagine expensive food. (and it is ridiculously expensive in Japan) And also Paris, we know that its beautiful and fashion is one of the best in the world. Japanese people in general think most of European and American things are so cool. (Jun 4, 2013 10:53 AM)Origami~ Wrote: (By the way, welcome to HF and AA ^^.) Thank you, I enjoy :)
